Famous Last Words: My final blog post
(Image taken from Sky and Telescope , originally from Interstellar ) I chose this specific image for a multitude of reasons. First off, I know this is one of your favorite movies! I remember you mentioning it in one of the comments you had on my story (it is one of my favorites as well). Secondly, I think it is very representative of my life right now, there is an entire universe ahead of me that I can not see into just yet but I must have a complete blind faith in myself and a higher power in order to make it though. It is scary. It is the unknown. I carry with me not just my own hopes but the dreams of my children to come. The blood that runs through my veins not only belongs to me but to those whose masterful stories I read only weeks earlier. There is a great responsibility upon us to learn from the past and preserve both what is right and wrong so that the future may learn from it. There is a great responsibility upon us to know the stories and values of our fellow humans
